My Philosophy
I do not see neuroscience, teaching, coaching, DJing, movement, and spirituality as separate identities. I see them as different expressions of one vocation: learning how human beings flourish, and becoming someone who can serve that flourishing with humility.
Human beings are more than minds. More than bodies. More than careers. We are integrated beings whose potential emerges when knowledge is united with wisdom, discipline with compassion, and science with spirituality.
Presence Before Advice
I am learning that people rarely need to be fixed. More often, they need to be met.
Presence before advice. Curiosity before conclusions. Love before truth, but never love without truth.
This shapes how I teach, coach, research, pray, and relate. It reminds me that transformation is not something we force into another person. It is something we help make space for.
Vocation Over Performance
For much of life, it is easy to ask, "What should I achieve?" I am increasingly drawn to a deeper question: "Who am I becoming?"
